Year Dropdown Showing Negative 1

Just want to say this is a great PCF that I was so glad I found, but I am having an issue. It will only let me use it on a Date field. If I try to use it on a text field, it says I have exceeded the number of characters allowed. Which wouldn't be a big deal except when I use it on the Date field it subtracts the year by 1. The default when there isn't a Year selected shows a -1 and then when I select a year it subtracts by 1, i.e. if I select 2022, it then shows 2021 in the dropdown.

Please try to configure it using classic form designer. Some users reported the same when using modern designer
