Feature/ Semi-automatic email approval

Added flag SEMI_AUTOMATIC_APPROVE_LINK to data/config.py. If True, allows manual pasting of the approval link from the email to the CLI.

This Feature can be useful for users who do not have IMAP access and have to do everything manually. It will help them save at least a small amount of time.
