Addons for blender 2.80+

Hello community. I have updated the bob_plugin to work with blender 2.80. I have also made a new addon for one click import/export of bombsquad character meshes. Please test these addons, and suggest changes.

@Teals53 it works with blender 2.80+ now and also does 1 click import/export for characters
