problems regarding smash.py

after checking many smash.py files i concluded that there is no total balance lives system and why the smash.py is stucked sometimes restricting players to join when all the players left or one team left completely as a result,smash.py won't end or did'nt show the winner team.

if someone can solve the mentioned issues then it would be a great help!

Players could join mid-game, but I fixed that.

However it's up to @Mrmaxmeier to merge stuff, but as he's a one-man-army and he won't get another person to oversee the project, updates won't happen often.

Check the recent pull requests to get updated code for certain mods.
