I ran into this issue when working on a mod trying to check if my enchantments were properly applicable only to realize JER doesn't show modded enchantments. It probably loads...
The crash is due to the area you're loading being super laggy. Did someone drop a million items or such there?

The template ingredient displaying has been implemented in https://github.com/VazkiiMods/Patchouli/releases/tag/release-1.21-88 and has yet to be backported to 1.20.1
