Unable to do subsequent crafts in one machine (ProjectRed transportation)(1.12.2-4.9.4.120)

So imagine you want to do such craft: Cobblestone->Stone->2xCiruit plates in a single furnace. If you just have cobble in your system, and request to craft plates it will fail and say that its missing 1 stone. If you craft stone first it will work, and if you have stone recepie in one furnace and plate recepie in another it also will work. (using enderio alloy smelter as an example, such craft doesnt work in other furnaces too)
