Provide example of getting Google `id_token`

It would be handy to have the documentation explain how to get the id_token , when using Google as a provider. This is needed for exchanging with a RESET server.

In the meantime, can anyone explain how to do this?

Just saw this is covered by issue #373. It would still be good to have an a FAQ or somewhere in the docs that deals with this?
