Issue description
When ever you try to mine (earth) stone, other stone blocks or blocks with same block break type (pickaxe). the game will try to mine the block as if you where using your bare hands or other tools, which results in the block not being dropped.
Steps to reproduce
- Have Beyond Earth 1.18.2 Version 6.2 active as mod
- Open any world
- grab any pickaxe type
- Mine standard stone, ore, brick, or anything which requires a pickaxe to mine.

It happens with the axe and shovel too. After I removed the mod, the world doesn't load. It gets stuck on the encrypting screen and them minecraft just crashes.

Download NBTExplorer and delete all BeyondEarth tags.
