Audit and remove LGPL/GPL or other code that can't be used in conjunction with MIT

The XA-ADPCM and STR decoders are GPL and so need rewriting or replacing. The ADSR code I believe is GPL too but may have been rewritten already - need to audit the rest of the src and make a checklist of things to replace :+1:
