Bug report

Running latest yt-dlg 1.8.3 on MacOS 12.3.1. Installed yt-dlg through pip3. No pasting in the input field happens when using cmd+v or right-click/Paste option. Log of yt-dlg is empty, nothing happens but in terminal this error prints when inputing any character

CapsLock is not enabled, used English or Polish keyboard inputs as well as deleted all different keyboard input and left only default English.

Try deleting all input methods except English from your computer
