Processes listed with over 100% memory usage

Notice php5-fpm is listed as 142% memory usage here: screen shot 2014-06-12 at 9 38 20 pm

However, this is incorrect as there is no swap in use, and the server is only using 725 MB out of 1024 MB total.

It may be counting shared memory weirdly.

Debian Linux 64-bit.

Any ideas how I might improve the shared memory calculations?
