functional route to handle GET for raw unparsed character data

Closes #32

I went ahead and made a PR for this issue as it is useful for me and I could see this being useful in general as part of ddb-proxy.

Other changes:

• Updated the base image in the Dockerfile and modified the Dockerfile itself to be a bit less verbose and slightly smaller
• Updated yarn.lock
