Pack items cause errors on Update D&D Beyond

If a pack item like an Explorer's Pack is added to a character's inventory in Foundry, an error is returned:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'flags' of undefined

This is because say an explorers kit gets expanded into all it's parts. A fix might be... complicated. I'll get to it eventually.

Workaround - add kit in DDB and reimport.
