Suggestion: Compatibility with the 5e-Sheet Resources Plus module. I saw that the new importer asks you when creating the resource trackers using the very limited 3 resource boxes. The resource plus module works great and adds additional resources with targetable attributes for them. Would be nice if this could be made compatible.

I'm probably not going to add "full" support for it, but if you're using v2.8.21 you can:

Choose "Disable" in the resource selection dialogue. then on each item/feature/spell you add as a resource (I recommend "Link Item and Resources" module for two way linking) link the feature using the "Override Actor Resource? option and also set the ResourceConsumption up. Then click the D&D Beyond button in the title bar and click "Retain Resource Consumption linking" - you will only have to do this once, and it will then keep these resources linkages during import.

Already doing so with the linking manually, was hoping it would be able to make it automated. But It's ok, everything else works great, even the monster importers and stuff, it's perfect.
