Add Support for Databricks Unity Catalog Managed Tables for SCD2 Upserts

Currently it appears that SCD2 upserts only work on external delta tables located on cloud storage. Support for databricks unity catalog managed tables would be very helpful. Perhaps a new function for managed tables or the parameter for existing table could handle table name reference in addition to storage path.
