How to setup mitmproxy to can test the exploit

I want to test the exploit on my new3ds (11.13) but i don‘t know how to setup mitmproxy on my pc to can trigger the exploit... I have installed mitmproxy and python already on my pc. Can you make a guide how to setup and test the exploit in current state? Thx
