I haven't tried with xen, but should definitely be possible.. I think the easiest would be for you to download the source for the ironhide deb package, and recompile it...

Ok... I think I have a solution for you: Remove the ironhide package... Install the xen kernel and the driver install the "ironhide-xen" package, which doesn't depend on the nvidia-current...

try running the ironhide-settings utility and change "Always enable the nVidia card before disabling" to 0/no... and the reboot

right now ironhide-ui isn't working on oneiric.. Someone has already written about it in an issue, and also what needs to be fixed.. I hope to get to it soon.....
