Bumblebee not working

I had ironhide installed on Ubuntu Natty before this. But today I upgraded my system to Oneiric Ocelot and installed bumblebee after uninstalling ironhide. But I am trying to run glxgears using optirun but its giving me the error "The Bumblebee X server was not available, please check the Bumblebee logfile at /var/log/bumblebee.log" over and over again. I have sent the bugreport to the email id specified.
