Upstream Source URL in spec file

Thanks for creating these packages!

I was curious about where the upstream source is coming from, specifically here. I'm accustomed to seeing the URL to the upstream repo there, but instead it just appears to be a local directory.

Does this spec file directly pull the source from upstream or has it been copied locally by a human?
