Add symbols for the Outline pane

It would be useful if the plugin had provided the list of symbols (types, services, methods definitions) to the Outline pane in the VSCode.

Hi @amorozov, sorry for the late reply. The outline pane sounds interesting. I'll assess the time requirement to implement this feature when I have the time.
