Keybinds should be strict: should trigger only on exact combination

Feature Request Description

I would like Loop's keybinds to be strict e.g. if I have asked Loop to set a window to occupy the right two-thirds of the screen with ⌃ ⌥ T and used ⌃ ⌥ ⌘ T for another application then Loop should not trigger when the latter is pressed.
