[Suggestion]: Addition of OC event for universe gate dial with remote

The universe gate doesn't send either a "stargate_spin_chevron_engaged" or a "stargate_dhd_chevron_engaged" when the dialed by the remote so when I tried to make a program for it I couldn't determine when the universe gate chevron locked. Could there either be a new event (maybe a "stargate_remote_chevron_engaged") or allow the universe gate to emit one of the other two signals?
