AR Integration - Ring Platforms

Hi Jake,

Really hoping you'd be up for helping work this one out - players on my server are really keen on getting orbit<>planet ring transitions working with AR.

I'd be happy to work out any of the AR side logic for you if you'd be willing to consider this one? My suggestion would be something similar to the DimensionMap in SGCraft to store an index of rings, and positions, not necessarily using addresses... and having the Dial pad automatically pair with the nearest ring platform and automatically populate with the 6 closest ring platforms on planet or in orbit.
