so i have that error its fine will be gone but how can i let the users know that something went wrong because the bot says playing and it doesn't play

I'm pretty sure this is an issue with Lavalink itself. You'd need to rotate IP addresses.

yah i changed my Elastic IP address on aws still isn't there any event that gets emitted when this error occurs ?
