Allocating cache_blocks has failed

im trying to run windows 3.1 on my o3ds but when i try to start it i get an error message saying "Allocating cache_blocks has failed". how can i fix this?

im having this same issue, only that its windows 95 and a n3ds. any leads on what fixed this, or if it even IS fixed?

With an o3ds XL this happens on all but the oldest programs like Wolfenstein 3d or Blake stone It cant run X-Com, can't run Transport Tycoon, can't run Superfrog, nothing.
