setup_cuda.py error

The following error occured after I type the "python setup_cuda.py install"commend tmpxft_0000120c_00000000-1.cpp nvcc fatal : Host compiler targets unsupported OS. error: command 'C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v10.0\bin\nvcc.exe' failed with exit status 1 Has anybody come across this problem?How did you solve it?Thank you very much!
