Can anyone release the pre-built binary ?

Hello,

Though this rep. give me good script, I still have a difficulty to build py-faster-rcnn on windows OS.

Is there anyone to release prebuilt binaries as like windows-caffe (https://github.com/BVLC/caffe/tree/windows) ?
