Replace custom ORM part of the DB backend with MongoDB or other NoSQL solution

This would help to fulfill the dynamic schema requirements and get rid of the custom part of the ORM layer. This can be done only for parts of the DB backend, other portions can still reside in PostgreSQL (+ Hibernate)
