How to add obfuscate as a dependency In my mod

I want to use this mod as a dependency in my mod but its Throwing error. Please make a detailed video on youtube. That shows how to add it mod as a dependency a mod when devloping. Also I am making a minecraft mod But i can't build it. when i am building it, it throws an error It shows reobf failed when opening a zip file. Please also make a tutorial on how to fix it
