Texture packs are not working

I still play on Minecraft 1.12.2 and I use a texture pack that backports textures from modern versions of Minecraft. When I go to my vehicle all of the sudden, They are all broken with flowers replacing the glass and pink concrete powder.

I will have a screenshot later.

But when I remove the texture pack, Everything is back to normal. Can you make it so the vehicles have their separate textures?
