Some Vehicle doesn't render (1.12.2)

Description

I don't know if the 1.12.2 is still fix or not but5 4 vehicles are not render, the Off Roader, the Smart Car, the Speed Boat and the Sport Plane. They show wheels, steering wheel, fuel tank caps and the tong, the plane show the wings, the Landing gear and the Fawning. But the rest of the vehicle doesn't show, so I sit in the air. I don't know if the problem came from Galacticraft or some other mods I use. Except that only this 4 vehicle doesn't render fully everything else is fine.

So i was having the EXACT same issue on the EXACT same versions minecraft and the mod version and i found turning off custom textures and turning them back on fixed it and i did have to restart mc while doing that cause mc froze when i did that but it works and i do know this is 2 years late and im NOT MrCrayFish but i figured out the solution so Here ya go.
