It has to do with the camera roll.

Disable camera roll in the gun mod config.

I tried this and that did not fix the issue. I even tried disabling Gun Sway and others but it would not work. Can you add a check to see if the player is flying with Elytra and disable camera modifications during that time?

I love the camera roll the guns add but I also love the camera roll the Do a Barrel Roll mod adds.

Gotta love weird incompatibilities! Turns out, if Radium, Gun Mod, and Do a Barrel Roll are installed, this issue happens. FML! <- (not Forge Mod Loader...)
