Tracers show as black on all versions after 1.16

Also pretty self explanatory, though again, only visible in multiplayer as tracers aren't visible to the shooter. Attached screenshot is from a version of the mod tweaked to show tracers to the shooter (and with the alpha set to full to make them more visible in first person), but I tested with two accounts on a LAN world run from the same PC and was able to verify the issue. It's just much harder to get a screenshot of that setup, since the games get picky about focus. I can try to get a screenshot of the LAN setup if further verification is required.
