[1.18.2] Post Box doesn't drop self and not mineable

Describe the bug Post Box does not drop when broken.

Crash report N/A

To Reproduce If applicable, the steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place a Post Box.
2. Attempt to break with hand or pickaxe (tags do not show "cfm:post_box" in any mineable tag)
3. The block breaks, but does not drop itself.

Side note: the block also does not have a particle texture for breaking.
