[1.16.5] NullPointerException on dedicated server load (Error loading saved data: cfm_post_office)

Upon finishing dedicated server load on 1.16.5 using Forge 36.2.26 on Windows 11, the server reports that it errored loading saved data "cfm_post_office" due to a NullPointerException. I had recently cleared the world's DIM-1 folder to regenerate the nether, could this be related?
