ModelCreator How do i open it?

How do i open it?

Whenever I try to open the Model Creator JAR it prompts me to select a program to open it with, but non of the programs work. I'm using Windows 10.

I also tried downloading Java 8, but it did nothing

Try opening with "javaw.exe" in your Java folder
