I keep my textures in a folder on my desktop for easy finding. To add a texture: Click the "Image" button about in the middle of the right sidebar. A "Texture Manager" windows should appear; click "Import". At the top of the "Import" window use the dropdown menu next to "Look in:", or click the house icon next to it to quickly jump to your Desktop to locate the folder you have the .png textures stored.

Glad I could help, but I'm not sure what you mean by "put it in a link", sorry.

Edit: If you mean where do you find the minecraft textures, you'll need something like 7-zip. These instructions are for windows btw. Open this folder in 7zip: C:\Users[your pc name here]\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\versions and then select the version you want. You then open the jar file and find a textures folder. All minecraft's textures are in there.

Now I normally make my own textures, so I can't guarantee the accuracy of my instructions. I'm sure you can find a youtube video that explains that better. Hope that helps!
