Inventory Movement Issues

Hi, I am having an issue with both the forge and fabric versions (1.20.1). In the inventory (or chest/crafting table etc) menu when I select an item it displays on the far bottom right of the screen, far from the actual cursor. This means I can't hover over an item to see the name, and when I pick something up it essentially becomes invisible for me, since it is then displayed off the screen. I also sometimes cant use the D pad to navigate the menu, the cursor will start to move for example right if I press right, but then "correct" its placement back to where I started. Not a huge deal but I'm not sure if this is on my end or if any settings can fix this. Thanks!!
