Can't Install nploader to PSP

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place all nploader files in seplugins
2. Put line of text in game.txt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the plugin to be visible in the plgins area in recovery mode, but it 
isn't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP 1000 with Pro CFW 6.60 C

Please provide any additional information below.

Haven't tried any other plugins

You probably mistyped the line in game.txt or you have game plugins disabled at 
all in the recovery menu.
