idol m@ster sp DLC+ not working

i downloaded DLC+(download from psn or other website) for this game and i set 
Nodrmengine to enabled it's not working. but,DLC WITHOUT DLC+ IT'S working 
perfectly

how can DLC+ for this game it's working  for 6.60 pro-c3 fix without put 
eboot.bin to iso

this game is untouched

1. Try disabling your plugins.
2. Did you download it from PSN OR from a diffirent website ? If you downloaded 
it from a diffirent website it can be signed to runon only on ONE PSP (not 
yours).

so i should donwload from psn is ok? but if not work use iso tool 1.981 to 
update right?
