CIPL_Flasher Bricking PSP 2000

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run CIPL_Flasher
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected : CIPL_Flasher finishing, Return to XMB, PSP reboots normally
Instead : CIPL_Flasher finishing, Return to XMB, rebooting PSP gives a black 
screen (aka PSP bricked)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CIPL_Flasher 6.60 Pro-C Fix 2

Please provide any additional information below.
Tested on PSP2000 with 6.60 OFW
