Hold+ Plugin not working on 6.20 pro b10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.copied "hold+ 4.0" plugin into seplugins folder
2. when tried to enable it in the recovery menu the plug in does not show up 
under plugins
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expected to see "hold+" available for enabling so i can save battery life 
when playing music, instead my plugin section in the recovery menu has no 
plugins in it, even though there is one in the folder

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CFW 6.20 PRO B10

Please provide any additional information below.
i searched online and could not find a solution,i tried different versions of 
the plugin and still is not recognized, it also happens with other people and 
other plugins. Please help me with this i would be very grateful! :)

Did you make the  VSH.txt, GAME.txt and POPS.txt with proper pluging anabling 
configurations?

just did that, i didn't know you had to make one, i kept looking for one and 
since it wast there i assumed that it was because maybe it would automatically 
detect it. I am a newbie :) thanks for the help Piotrekhenry!
