My CN62 i7 can not find Sata Controler after USE FULL UEFI

when I install my m.2 sats disk on the broad ,it will take 5s to run the boot select ;if I remove the disk ,it takes short then 1s. I can just boot on my usb disk ,and can not find my m.2 disk allways.
