Offline Version No Longer Working

On Firefox and Chrome, the offline version only shows the map and the selection box. On Internet Explorer, only the box shows and no map.

I may have to call this technically unsupported, since the browser makers perpetually make running things online harder and harder.... However give The chrome launch parameter from #13 a try.
