two of these files are the same which one do we use it?

Uhm isnt monster for mobs and pet for cute pet? Even if they are the same we should use like this (if this is how dhxj uses it as well which is i think how it is)

Mob talk handler is server. As we talked in discord, monster_talk_table used for the ep 5 and later. But actually it is the same structure and data. (If I understand correctly)

Still missing on player died and level-up event. but the core of it has been implemented.
