Missing tools from help menu

After reviewing the following article, there appears to be some tools that I'm not seeing when I issue the 'help' command.

keethief               KeeThief tool set (Get-KeePassDatabaseKey)

I removed them at some point since I was linking to other people tools. But you can simply use fetch and the URL. The aliases were just shortcut to the URL. You will probably run into the buffered output issue if you use cmdlet like PowerUp.

We can leverage other projects in this framework, we just need to give them credit on in the README.
