Probably, yes. I don't think there is a workaround here unless I implement code signing (expensive?) and make sure Microsoft/antivirus creators don't flag it. I'm not sure if the signing...

It does not support bedrock edition. However, I think Bedrock's "fullscreen" mode behaves more like Borderless anyway. Let me know if that works for you. :)
