Livesplit doesn't be in top

When I use livesplit it doesn't be on top you have to have taskbar enabled it's fine on my other computer and I have the exact same settings. We did troubleshoots in the official Minecraft speed run discord server and they said it could be a bug

That's weird, nothing here should affect the window being on top, but it's possible.
