Twitter account can not be logged out of in normal browsing

• Firefox Reality version 12 RC1 (cc3eab03)

[Affected Platforms]:

• Oculus Quest - Android 7.1.1
• HTC Vive Focus Plus - Android 7.1.2
• Pico G2 4K - Android 8.1.0

[Prerequisites]:

• The Firefox Reality browser is open.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to https://twitter.com/login and log in with an account.
2. Log out of the account.
3. Observe the behaviour.

[Expected results]:

• The user is logged out.

[Actual results]:

• The user is NOT logged out.

[Notes]:

• The issue is reproducible in production as well.
• The issue is not reproducible in Private Browsing.
• The issue is not reproducible in the oculus browser.
• The issue is not reproducible on mobile or desktop.
• If the cookies and site data are deleted the user is logged out.
