做了个 [模板](https://github.com/zhaohongxuan/obsidian-weread-plugin/discussions/62#discussioncomment-7236718) 把画线和想法放在一起显示了，不知道是不是你想要的效果？ 默认的模板是会过滤掉「带有批注的划线」的，只要把那个判断给调整一下就可以啦。 我这个模板里同时也保留了原先的那个「纯批注」，单独显示在下方。
